If you go to 移籍 > すべての転送 page when logged into your club then there is the option to report any illegal deals.
To report 八百長 go to the マッチレポート you believe was fixed and click on the report 八百長 link.
To report a manager you believe are either the same person or behaving inappropriately in your ゲームワールド visit the クラブリスト page.
The SMFA will investigate the report and take the appropriate action if necessary if there is clear evidence that the offending manager has broken the 行動規則 which forms part of the 利用規約.
